29 degrees? Sounds like u need a heater..
A $30 inline fan from a hardware store lowered my temps 6-8 degrees, 250cfm.

id say if u want to get a good one .. get the one with the most CFM.. probably go with a 6 inch.. and then get a fan speed adjuster.. and lower it to wat u need it for.. and then if u ever up grade to a bigger room.. or if it gets hotter u can turn it up . ? thats wat i did . i have 2 intakes and 1 exhaust the intakes run slower with my adjuster then the exhaust.. works nicely .. like 50+days into flowering. and u can not smell a thing.. with my can fan / filter combo..

28-29 isn't too hot. It should only be a real concern once you start getting up into the 30's.

There is a simple formula for working out fan size. It is based on the idea that the air should be exchanged a minimum of once every five minutes.

Fan size = Volume / 5

F=(LxWxH)/5

F=(90cm x 90cm x 160cm)/5

F=1,296,000cm3/5

F=259,200cm3/min
or
259.2L/min
or
4.32L/s

Personally, I like to go with a full exhaust once every three minutes.

Purchased one off a well known auction site erlier. I went with a 6inch, not got a speed setting tho. However it does have a thermostat
