Captainforest I'm a big fan of defoliation on days 1 and 21 of flower, new leaves will grow back around the bud sites.

Just checked your journal. Very nice canopies. You really shave them hard! How many times do you defoliate during flower? Is this advisable even after defoliation during veg? i defoliated twice during veg already!

I do a mild defoliation in veg, just around the top of the plant to open up growth shoots to the light.

I still do the two full schwazees during flower.
