need help deciding

ok this is the deal, i live in northern california and i have 2 outdoor plants growing. 1 is norther lights #5 and the other is super silver sour diesel haze(its a mouthfull). so i veged my plants under a hps for 1 month in april then placed them outside on the 1st of may because i was told that was when the sun was up long enough for the plants to veg. the last week ive noticed that the plants stopped growing and i think they started budding. please someone help so i dont loose these babys. here are some pics andy feed back will help

well its june and the days are getting longer so im not sure. give them more N...and less P,H to help it revet and put it inside for 24 hours of light?

put it under 24 hours of light for 1 day? it is getting good amounts of n and p. I am using ff grow big and big bloom every other watering. sunrise today was at 5:43 am and sunset is at 8:22 pm. i thought they need 12 hours of darkness.

FF BB is for the flowering part of the plant just to give you a heads up. and no plants don't need 12 hrs of darkness they just need 12 hrs of reduced light (lumens <= 1/2 of brightest part of the day)
