Need help fast

I have a purple urkle strain that at 7wk 4 days started to push new buds out of the top of a few major buds on some of the plants. The buds are a bit fluffy, not to bad, with white hairs.
whats going one?
are they done?
is this bad?
i dont have a magnifing glass to look at trichiomes

do you have a photo? are you at wk 7 of 24/7 or flowering?

I dont have photo.
they look fantastic. today is week 8 of flowering. on a 12on/12off light regiment.
they started to push new buds about 4 days ago.

if you could imagine the buds all tight and symetrical in shape...like a upside down cone if you will. Then the buds started shooting out more buds and they are symetrical, just sort of lumpy and no symetry to them. right out of the top of the old buds.

It's hard to say... At times buds'll grow off at all crazy angles... just use whatever method you'd use normally to tell if they're done and enjoy...

This happens. It's a good thing, more flowers... More bud.
