NEED HELP for seedlings-Dyna-Grow nutes...

I have some seedlings that are five days old growing in rockwool cubes. I am about to take them out of the humidity dome and want to start feeding them nutes. I have Dyna Grow liquid grow 7-9-5 http://www.dyna-gro.com/ and I dont know whats an acurate amount to give them. Can anyone help me out?!
You can go to their website and see what they recommend, but im hesitant to use the amout they say to! I REALLY need some help in the next day or so!

no nutes for seedlings.....they bring their lunch,

when is a good time to start giving them nutes?at what point of growth? I am planing on puttin them in 2 gal dwc buckets when should i transplant them?

About 3 weeks for the nutes to start.

Transplant when the roots start popping out of the RW.

I soak my rockwool seed starter cubes in EC0.8 nutes.
