Need help..Hooking up lights..

Ok.. So I find 2, 175 mh lights..As you see in the pictures..Havent done much to them...What's the next step I need to do to get these lights running ? 3 cords hang out ?
 
You need to go to a hardware store and get a grounded heavy duty male cord. it will have the same three wires hanging out but with a plug on the other side. then just match up the colors and put on some wire caps. i suggest solder and liquid tape but wire caps work just fine.
