Need Help, humidity issues, stem issues

Ok this is my first time growing and i would like to know what to do to lower the humidity inside of my grow box, it is nicely sealed, i just installed an intake and exhaust fan which will hopefully help. My box is lined with a metal lined plastic which reflects similar to a mirror, and when i come home during the day after the plant has had about 6 hours of light at this point, there is condensation built up on the reflective coating. to the point i can see water spots on the mirror.

I also would like to know, is the stem of my plant supposed to be very strong at the bottom but semi-weak at top 2 inches or so of the plant, the plant is about 3 1/2 weeks old and is about 14 inches tall. it isnt any special strain just the only seed i got out of a good batch of dank i had, i also have 2 strawberry cough plants which are 1 week old and not any taller than 6 inches, they are looking very healthy, i just would like to know is there any otheer steps i can take to better my grow process, i am also using a 100w fluro with a cooling fan, its just a small cheap setup, should i consider getting a larger light for when my plant gets bigger, and should i start giving it nutes any time soon.

Also how much water should i give my plant daily, ive been giving it about 3 ounces a day basically like the amount of a shotglass or a little more per day

your humidity will go down from the fans. the stem will be weak at the top because it is "new" or it still growing higher. if u put a fan o the plant the stem will get stronger. You are gona want to get sum more lights. If its a cheap setup u should get some CFL's. i am doing a cheap setup and i got 150w cfls. your gona want like 500w. so get like 3 150w cfl's. you should water your plant every 4 days. u said they are like2 weeks old, so water it like 1/2 - 1 cup of water, make shure the soil at the bottom gets wet. and dont use nutes until like a month. but u can use natural stuff on your plant, like mixing a banana with molasis in your water.

hope this helps

fans will help with humidity. if it's really an issue, get a temp/humidity controller.

as for watering... only water when you NEED to. Let it dry out between waterings. Err on the side of dryness. When the soil is dry about an inch down, THOROUGHLY water until water comes out of the drainage holes, wait a minute or two, and then water a second time until it comes out again. This will ensure no more dry pockets exsist and willhelp prevent root rot.

Then, DON'T water again until you NEED to. Wait until you think you need to water, then wait another day :)

unless you are in Australia then water a few hours after you think you need to, also first light is a good time to water.
