Need help identifying issue

Hello been a few years since accessing forums but I’m having a hard time identifying what these are on a few leaves, 4 weeks into flower and found this, almost only on leaf tips, but found a weird spot down below. Initially I thought this was PM (something I never deal with) but am wondering if this is some weird bug, almost seems like an egg sack of some sort, but then again I know fungus grows in many ways, planning to spray with plant therapy twice to see if it helps, I just hate to spray halfway into flower. Please let me know thoughts if anyone has seen this, much appreciated.

Looks like bug eggs. Wild guess would be spray with soapy water, like it was afids. Even this close to harvast soapy water shouldn't hert. It should come off at wash.
