need help little black bugs and brown spots

i have some mature plants that have started budding but were first outside then to cold so moved them in. now i have these little brown spots all over the leaves and these little black bugs on every leaf. i need help soon or another plant dead. had one that got bud rot.

well i just inspected closer and found there spider mites. Does anyone have any suggestions to rid me of these things
