need help my plant is not well !!

so the plant is in flowr only a week now so only the first few heirs are showing my bottom leaves have tiny white dotts on them and are strating to turn brown and crispy. i have cheked to see if i can find any spider mites underneth the leaves but cant see and when i use the magnifier to look at the whit spots on top of the leaves they look lik little white sticky blobs. can anyone help me out please?

You could be having issues with you ph. Or your plants has a deficiency or toxicity. Can you explain your setup? Lights soil nutes etc...
