my first leaf growing very slow and looks like very weak.

what can i do for it?

Looks fine. A little stretched out maybe. Can you lower your lights without burning the plant? Could use a little misting of water as well.

What is that you're growing in?

They look ok to me. Weird how those cotyledons are curling but i wouldnt get too concerned as long as your not overwatering

Needs aeration. Soil looks like it is lacking some type of perlite, hydroton, rocks, etc.

But isnt that coco not soil?

Seeds are sensitive and sometimes they just do bullshit.

Are you fertilizing? Assuming this is coco.

Yeah idk why I called it soil instead of medium since it's obviously Coco. +1
