Need help on drying and harvesting

hey guys this is my first grow that got this far and im wondering how i know when to harvest. and is drying out a big process? need some tips i cant figure out the strain but it keeps getting tall. any help would be great tx guys if u need to see pics i have them on my other post

It looks like a Sativa, and it'll grow much larger since it's soaking up that sunshine. You definitely have a couple months to go, at least, so depending where you are on this big beautiful ball called Earth, you might have to harvest way early to beat the cold.

Drying (harvesting) is as simple as cutting it at the stalk, and hanging it in a cool, dry closet or what have you.

You got at least 7-8 more weeks but could go to 12-14 strain depending.Wait to you get some buds on that thing and ask again.Good Luck!!!
 
and as for the seeds at what time must i remove them? and whats the coldest temp these things can handle ill let them grow as much as i can but i am in new england. btw i thank u guys very much this input is a huge help :-P
 
Yes read up, you have lots of time. IT hasn't even showed sex, I think your biggest concern is how far off is the 1st frost in your area, you've got 2 to 4 months to go depending upon the strain.
