Need help or some reassurance

I have on plant that's 28 days old and one that's 24 days old but don't look like they should be as small as they are It is my first indoor grow I typically grow outside but I have two computer fans circulating air and a 24w led grow light and 3 12w cfls I water once a week they look healthy very green but just not sure why they seem to be not a bigger size am I just over thinking this?

nope. it takes a while especially with led's and cfl's. once the roots get bigger it will take off!

They look ok to me, not showing any obvious signs of stress, with how the leaves look now you are about to start seeing faster growth as the plant can utilize more light energy and expand its root base.

ok and also i usually dont use nutes but would it be too early to start fox farm grow big?

plus ive herd of bennifical mold and found some around my drainage holes 2 weeks ago and have been using hydrogen peroxide to contain it do to the fact that im not a 100% sure it is bennifical mold or bad mold

I wouldn't give those nutes just yet, they will let you know when they are ready via color growth ect, but again that's personal choice.

When your new growth starts spitting a very light and almost lime green, 1/4 strength and work your way up.
