Need Help Picking The Right Led .

i need help picking the right Led to grow 2 Plants at a time i dont want to grow anymore then that i have found this light on Ebay

will this be ok for the hole plants life ? ie Veg and flowering and could i grow 2 Plants under this ?

I suggest looking into apache tech, area51 or onyx led all are quality led lights or diy led
