whats going on with these leaves?

room temp 75
soil- promix hp
4 42 watt cfls daylights
passive intake facing the plants and the seedling are getting air blown at them from this was thinking this was the problem.
exhaust at the top

does anybody no why these leaves are turning?

oh yeah not using nutes yet if this helps

I have had a few that did that, only on the first or second set of growth, the new growth always looked healthy, I would not worry to much.

lights are about 2 inches away

I had my lights set at about 5 inches away when they were seedlings like that.... They grew really nice and bushy
