Need Help! Pictures included

I was hoping you guys could help me out.

I have couple plants that I am growing in my closet that are twisting at the leaves. I have searched the postings but it seems it can be a few issues so I have included pictures you help you out.

I currently have them under 2x40 watt fluorescent tubes with 2 cfl's to help lower growth. I will be getting 2 more fluorescent 4 ft fixtures next week. They are all I can use because my mom wont let me use anything that gets overly hot.

I have only had these for a week now and am using DNF 2 part, but have only applied it once. They were curled when I got them so this isn't a new issue, its just not getting any better on the new growth.

Please Help, if you need anymore info I can provide it.

Have ya noticed a color or texture difference in the leaves?

My Ultra Haze did it when they were about that size but it was nothing.

some of my leaves are exactly like that and i aint worried(they are still healthy and green).
i did not happen on my last grow but that was a different strain.
dont worry about it.
