Need help please guys the Northern Light is fading!

Hey guys So this is my sad story :

My Northern light indoor baby Pascale who looked like this ( first pic -- she's 2 weeks old) was doing just fine growing up on 18/6 light time, and then suddenly this morning she looked like in pics 2 and 3, (i was gona cry) so please guys can anyone help here??
is this time for emergency flushing the whole plant pot with tons of water ? or is it allready too late? anything less drastic to do? She needs I.C.U guys, ur the doctors here now!

Oh yeah and that Fourth picture , is of Claude (RIP) her older sister who had died in a terrible fight against her cancer,
of which she left us on November the 25th, may god rest her soul in peace!

I woudl be pissed too if you stuck me in that "soil" in a clear cup so the light shines on my roots.
Transplant asap.

TBH, i would start fresh, just make sure u dont use a transparent growing container
