need help plz!!!! setting up and cooling my grow lights

im starting a new grow room and have 3 600w grow lights with sealed hoods they have 6" air ports. im gonna string them all together in a row was just wondering what type of fan i will need to cool them the right way .. 1 of the 600w lights will be in a veg room the flex will go thru a divider wall where the other two 600w lights will be. the veg rom is 3x3 and the flower room is 9 x3 bot 8 ft tall.. this is my first attempt at the growing thing and dont have alot of money to waste need to get this room set up right the first time ! was thinking of using a 6 " inline fan and a 8" booster fan. will that be enough? thx for the help !! gj420smoker

ok so what ur lookin for is the CFM of each room which i did the math the total CFM of both your rooms 288 therefor you need a inline fan that has a CFM rating of 288 or more but when lookin at this sistuation you gotta account for your bends in your flex tubin and what not the more bends the more stress you should be good with a 6 inch inline fan i just bough one on ebay for 75 dollars 6 inch inline has about 433 CFM's that should be more than enought to cool both your rooms

i am runnin a 1000 watt on a room a lil smaller not by much its 5x5x7 i have 6in inline fan for it and like 3 bs boosters pullin fresh air in
my temps are stayin about 75

A 6" inline fan capable of 440 cfm- should be able to find one on ebay for under about 75. Also, consider placing the fan (sucking) after the veg room hood- the last hood (veg hood) will be hotter than your first in this scenario. Also, expect to have to run a bead of caulk to seal the fan shroud, with the less expensive fans. If money is tight, maybe find a used one- but, be leery of its condition

everything is going good so far, ran into a few issues but i've been working them out. Nothing too major.

Its a new room so I haven't harvested out of it yet. But if I were to guess based off of my other grows I would estimate that i'd get about 8lbs with no co2. Im trying to get some co2 in there though soon, and if I do, I know i can expect more.

you should be good with a 6 inch that pushes 440 CFM and if you dont have to worrie about smell than no u dont need one but they can get pretty bad it depends on the strain also
