need help quick!!

i have about twenty plants that are growing right now from seed that are about a week and half old. 15 of them are standing upright and look fine and about 5 of them are just completely wilted over, they look lifeless. they are in one inch rockwool about 10 are still in rockwool and i have 10 more in soil. some in the rockwool are fine but some are just dead looking. what could be the cause??

Are they too wet? Keep em moist not wet, fan them once or twice a day too and don't forget to lightly mist those leaves.

yea i have been using tap water leaving it out for a while though before i use it. I have been watering often but just when i notice that the rockwool is completely dry. a few more have wilted over im fuggin pissed now.
