need help setting up first grow (indoor CFL)

hey everyone, i really need some help setting up my first grow, i went out and bought some 2700k and 4100k lights (is that high enough?) and I'm really wondering how to wire them to my suitcase which I plan to grow (in which is decent enough (at least height and width wise) and I have some skunk seeds that I am about to germ, any input would be appreciated (btw, anyone know how to upload photos?)

READ READ READ AND READ MORE. the first 3 stickys will give you enough info to get growing, maxing out your yeilds will come with time and experience. Look at my grow or other grows if u want pointers. a suitcase no mater what size is not a grow boxes (maybe rubbermaids are more your style, or a uhual cardboard box). and finally you upload photos with the attachment button, its located next to the smiley button in the advanced posts. dont give up, dont get frustrated, u can grow some nice buds for your self but its not a walk in the park.
