Need help sexing a plant (first time grower)

So, I don't know if this plant is male or female, but it is the first one to show some sort of reproductive organs. Here is a pic, I think this one might be a male, not sure.

On the bright side it showed early so you can get rid of it and focus on the others that are hopefully female.

Ha, that is very true. I guess I'm gonna have to kill that pretty little plant. Thanks for the input guys, much appreciated.
