i see no fans on the list (could be mistaken).
I'm in the 12v fan cult myself cheap (or free), low energy consumption, and quiet.

Nothing wrong with one plant. I'd plant a few seeds and let 'em grow to see who who. Then keep the girl(s) and take a cutting or two before going into flowering (to take the guess work out of the next grow)

I just went to homedepot to get more fixtures/ cfls heres a tiny list to help

1. enough cfls for your plants, as babies they dont need much but as a bigger plant they need 3k-10k lumens, for vegging make sure their kelvins are 6500k-5500k, go for the 40 or 60 watts ones.

2. Light fixtures, home depot has them with clamps and a reflector for only 5 dollars each. They swivel every direction and can be clamped onto anything.

3. Fox farms ocean forest soil. If not use what i use, miracle grow. I prefer the one that retains watter 35% better forgot the name though.

4. Small pots and some bigger ones. Plastic they are about 65cents each for small, 1.50 for big ones.

5. spray bottle, for sure the best for watering that i've experienced and you can mist your plants to keep pests off since your growing semi-outdoors.

6. You should grow it in like a plastic bin or box to keep from pests/nosy people. but if you wanna do it straight in the shed thats fine too, id ont know what your shed looks like.

7. Whitepaint or mylar or panda paper, all are good for reflecting light.

(for babies you only need to get 1-4 or 1-5)

8. really cheap fan 8$ at home depot, it runs on battery or AC.

all of this will be under 30 dollars depending on how many lights you get. IF you get enough for when the plants are big then probably under 50 dollars.

One plant? why bother?
That's an asinine thing to say. 1 plant is perfect for personal use and experimentation, not to mention you can complete the entire grow for less than $50. You act as if everyone growing cannabis is doing it for commercial purposes.

Hey man, I'm using the "seemorebuds" book as a guide. Very cheap method. I spent about 70 bucks on materials. I'm using bagseed, so who knows what I'll get. I don't really care, as long as it's weed!

My space is bigger than 2x2, but I'm only using about 2x2 of it, so you shouldn't have a problem.

I'm on my first grow, too, so check out my log where I've got a list of all the stuff I bought. Let me know if you have questions, and I'll be glad to help.

Good luck!

Yea, I'm on my first indoor grow also and the SeeMoreBuds book is what motivated me to do it. Be warned bro, the SeeMoreBuds book lacks sufficient detail to replicate his results (3 oz from one plant). I had to heavily modify his CFL hood to even come close to keeping on track with the Mango in his book.

You said, "IF you get enough for when the plants are big" can you tell me approximately EVERYTHING (INCLUDING enough for the whole harvest and everything) everything I'd need to do all this. 1-2 plants. Absolutely no more than 3 plants. I'm focusing on growing ONE plant though.
