Need help transplanting clones in hydro

First of all I want to thank everyone for the great info on here. I've just done my 3rd try at cloning and finally having some luck. I started 2 in 1" rw cubes and 2 in plugs. I put them in ice cube trays in a tray with dome and on a heat mat. I added water outside of the trays about a 1/4" up. I am now getting roots showing at the bottom after 5 days.
Do I need to put these in bigger rw cubes for a few days or more or leave them in the small rw cubes and plugs with the hydroton and pots before I put them in my ebb n flow megagarden?
I currently have a couple of plants that I just started flowering in my ebb n flow with a 400w light and was wondering if this would be too much for the clones.
Thanks for any help.

Keep expanding the grow medium so the roots can flourish.
You could put them in larger cubes, put them on slabs, put them in hydroton, etc..
