Shulgin is my hero. There is a video on youtube called dirty pictures about him. If you haven't seen it you should. Very humble guy considering he is a god.

Timothy Leary on the otherhand had no humility and was a hack. Saw him speak, was horribly underwhelmed.

Why does everyone go the naptha route? That shit is very dangerous to use especially when heated. Spend a few more bucks and get chloromethane. Not as shitty of a chemical.
 
I you don't know where you can go, you will never get there. Halucinogens show us a whole new world we are capable of existing in. The question is, can we return there without them at some point

Naptha has a pretty high vapor point. Not particularly dangerous unless you do something like heat it up.

Under the influence of LSD, as an example, my inner dialogue totally shuts off. This is something I can do normally but only with continual effort for short periods of time. This is an interesting and useful state of awareness and concentration. Without LSD I don't think I would have known it was possible to exist in that state for hours at a time. This is only one of a whole number of states available.
 
i have a friend who has ALOT of DMT, what is it supposed to look like because i saw it and it was almost an orange/gold color, was this real?? i want to try it ive shroomed several times but im sketched out
 
Well, mine looked off white. If it oxidizes it will turn orange. No reason to be sketched out, take 30 or so mg. It's not a scary as you think at the lower doses, feels like you've been there before. At high doses all bets are off.
 
Color can be from oxidation to dmt n-oxide or impurities from the extraction depending on solvent used. Many prefer the experience of colored DMT.
