need help. what is best way to heat and ventalate growroom?

my growroom is 90"Lx80"Wx83"H. what is your best suggestion on to heat and ventalate the room? im growing with all 4' fluorescents. 6500k for veg and 3000K for flowering. i live in central new york it is very cold here durring winter. and im growing in my basement. which is about 50-60 degrees during winter. thank you for any help you can give me.

what kind of heater and fan setup? i want it to keep the room at 1 temp and not worry about it. i will be abull to check the temp 2 ways. 1 in the room, and the other by a remote temp that im keeping in my room.
