i got a 400w hydorfarm switchable ballest for $100 shipped compared $400 in the hydroponic store. you can get just a 400w hps with light and fixture and ballest for around $70

I have been looking on ebay and for some reason I having hard time finding those kind of prices and when I do they want unreal shipping prices
