Need help with a ladyburn 1974 seedling

I have 11 plants one is a ladyburn1974 it came out of the soil and start to bend up but stop. The leaves haven't come out it just won't turn up will post pics later. Any ideas will help plant looks healthy. Five are white widows the other four are auto big bang and one lemon skunk.

Its been like that for 4 days the one picture is the lemon and the widows behind it auto on right

May end up just being a retard. Heat pad, humidity......

Also when would be a good time to transplant to a 3 gallon pot from where they are now

My ladyburn seed was a little slow and on the weak side too, looks like the same seed company. It has an awesome pedigree, but i'm afraid they may have over specialized and bred in weekness. It's maybe 30? days old now and the first 3 sets of leaves where a little deformed. But it is healthy and begining to look a bit robust now, It's like crossing a collie and a rotweiler and it came out all weird and disproportionate. How do they feminize a seed anyway? treat it with chemicals?

Yeah it looks like its dieing but taking for ever to do it
