Hello Merk not sure all how much I can help. I can tell ya this, Pictures tell a good story. If ya have them then please post them of your plant/s. To me it sounds like you may be over watering them. That seems like the most common thing for new growers (myself included) tend to do. How often is your watering? You said whenever it looks dry... once every 3-4 days?

Now you have 4 14watt Daylight(6500K) lights right? Well as long as it does not get to hot in there I would think it should be fine. Do you have anything to read the temps in side with it all buttoned up? Do you have any ventilation through that case? Good temps can be between 72/75-80/85, we need to know these things to be able to help you out merk. Get some pics if you can.

what kind of soil are you using, and how big are your pots??? they could be struggling to get their roots through your soil, usi9ng all their energy to do that , instead of using it for growing...

The ventilation sounds adequate, I would like to know the temps at seedling top. Do you have a temp gauge that you can get in there an leave to weed out any heat problems. Also how often are you watering? The soil maybe a bit hot for the seedlings, that mixture is better to transplant into. If you can you may want to repot them in just the soil an perlite. Are you feeling below the top soil to see if it is still moist? How many seedlings? What makes you think you are doing something wrong? Like most others have said merkgrows we need more information and pictures help tremendously!
