Need help with first grow set up

Hi guys, im new here and i have been planning my first grow. I have a few questions. First i wanna get this http://www.homedepot.ca/product/rubbermaid-151l-roughneck-jumbo-tote/960879 tub to use as my grow box. I was thinking on growing northern lights because they are the cheapest seeds i have been able to find online.

Do you think i can successfully grow northern lights in this size box?
How many plants could i grow?
How many CFLs should i use?
Should i grow naturally or use the SCROG method?
Any suggestions?

Any answers are greatly appreciated.
