Need help with first grow

Hey, this is my first grow I'm planning on starting 4 or 5 plants in a home made grow box and keeping one in there and moving the rest out side. The grow box is 3 feet high and each wall is one foot wide. We have a shed and the plan was to cut a hole inthe floor of the shed and build a trap door the. We are going to dig a hole in the ground to put the box in we will carpet the shed and put a Matt over the floor where the trap door is. Do you think this could be a good idea and we need some ideas on how to get proper ventilation in the box any help would be appreciated we will try and put up pictures soon

seeds and where to get them; germination; planting of germinated seed; veg cycle; flowering cycle; harvesting; and finally.. the curing stage.

I've done all the research I can on how To actually "grow" the plants ( by that I mean germinating planting veggin flowering etc) what I need help with is how to setup an intake and exhaust on the box and keep it light proof and I would like a opinion on if you guys think the idea for the grow box is good. thanks a lot
