Need help with grow room! Please :)

So... I think I am going to use an MH light for the Veg stage and the Flowering Stage will be under the HPS light. I also made the decision of growing 4 plants and growing those 4 right instead of getting out of hand with my plants :) I'm getting some feminized seeds from Nirvana Shop soon, and I need to know how many MH lights and watts I need for the Vegatative Stage and how many HPS lights and watts I need for the flowering stage for 4 plants and I also need to know how to set those up around/over the plants. And I also have 6-12 CFL daylight lights that all have their own reflective hood and I am wondering If I will get a better outcome if I use the MH and CFL during Veg stage and the HPS and CFL during the Flowering Stage??

With that said, it would be very helpful if you would learn to use the search feature. Let me help you.

Here's a lil something something I use on different forums:

Keyword: Enter your keywords here
1. Go to "Search"
2. Click on "Advanced Search"
3. Enter your search terms that you want to find threads on
4. Change the drop down to "Titles Only"
5. Click "Go"

You can use this method to find anything on these forums. You will be surprised how many people have discussed this topic before.

what you want from what i have heard is 50 watts per square foot with any light. I am using a 400 watt hps for about 10square foot and it seems to be working okay. oh and I am also growing 4 plants
