Need help with lighting/ventilation in a small, rubbermaid growbox.

Okay, so I'm growing for the first time. I am about to use the paper towel method to try germinating a single AK-47 lowrider seed. So far this is my growbox:

I have two 10 gallon storage containers stacked on each other. The dimensions are 1' wide x 1.5' long x 2.2' tall. I know this a tiny grow box, but the plant only grows 10-14 inches tall, and stealth is very key. I painted the inside of the box 2 coats of black and then 2 coats of white. (started with black so the light wouldn't seep through the box).

I also have a humidifier in my room to keep the air a little moist (it's just in my room, not in the growbox). I also put a thermometer in the grow box.

So my first question is, how much lighting do I need? I was thinking about just having two 26 watt CFL lights on the top of the box. Think this will produce enough heat/light?

Second question, I was planning on cutting a small hole a little lower than halfway up the box and installing a small PVC pipe to let air in, and then having a small fan at the top to blow air out. Do you think this will be good enough air flow? should I have a small fan blowing into the box as well instead of just the pvc pipe opening??

Any suggestions will help, thank you!

Well I don't think your gonna need that humidifier as high humidity is only important to clones (80-90%) and kinda in vegging (50-80%) for flowering you want low humid (40%). And judging by the hight and the fact it's crossed with lowrider its auto flower so it won't be vegging long. Now for lighting and Venting (tends to go hand and hand) I'd go CFL couple (maby 3-5 though) 26watters sound about right for the space, now for venting you could go passive air intake and just put a bunch of holes around the bottom and a small cpu fan at the top to vent it (cover bottom holes with black screen/filter screen to block light).
