need help with lights

hi all

i have the bestva 1200w LED lights on a 18/6 schedule and i can’t seem to wrap my head around how close i can get my lights to the top of my canopy.
so my question is looking at spec how close can i get my lights in veg and then flower stages? (without giving them to many umols)

You’ll just need to play around with the height. I would start at about 18 to 20 inches and see how they react.

I would agree with 18-20...once you're in flowering you could probably bring them down around 14in but like @turbobuzz said, see how they react and adjust accordingly

i was being cautious and had them at around 28 so will move them down and see how it goes.

Make sure both veg and bloom switches are on.
