Need help with my girls

I'm about 4 weeks into vegging pretty much keeping the plants as mothers. So far I've recovered from Nute burns and PH fluct. Now a new problem has risen.

My setup:
8 fluoros
Rockwool
1000 PPMS (Had it at 100 then slowly increased the nutes to about 90%)
Feeding once a day because the rockwool tends to stay moist the whole day they're up.

I know the first Picture has algae I was wondering if I'm able to do something about it

The second and third picture are tricky I havent been able to figure out the symptoms

Also is 8 flouros on 4 plants too much light (meaning I'm wasting) or should I have only 4 flouros on?

Wow yea that rockwool looks pretty bad in the first picture. Cover it up with some black plastic and only have a hole where it can be watered. How are you watering this plant anyway and how much per watering? I don't see a hydroponic sprayer or anything....and how big is that container? What kind of holes does it have from drainage? I can't tell if that's a regular hydroponic container or a soil pot from the picture or not.
Second picture looks like possible Magnesium deficiency...if you add Mg, also add a bit of calcium. What are the temperatures and humidity? You can never have too many CFL's lol believe me....jsut don't burn the plant...keep them 4" away or so and try to have a fan blowing on the lights to keep them cool.

I've read on a couple of forums that purple stems were normal on certain strains. And that purple is really nothing to worry about. What am I facing here?

I had a dripper system on them but now I have no system running my plants after i found out about my nute burns I decided to take care of them myself by giving them about 2 litters of water on 2 plants that are in 1 gal black soil pots with rockwool. I have 2 others in 1/2 gal black soil pots and only give them about 1 litter. It takes about 6 hours for the rockwool to dry. from a scale from 1 to 10 (10 being really wet) after 6 hours it's at about a 4 if that helps paint a picture. When it gets to that point I add a little more water about half of what i gave them in the beginning of the day that being there last feed. I've been having trouble controlling the temperature and humidity. The past week I've had the temps rise from 72 to a peak of 82. My humidity has gone down to 40. When the Heat rises I usually get a shit load of ice and water and put a vaporizer next to them giving them a 76f breeze not sure if that helps a lot if you have an easier solution im all ears bro. I have 1 iso fan and a "turbo" fan hitting them constantly. The container i'm using is a regular clear rectangle tray i spray painted on with a 1" drain. I have my plants on 2" stands so that they never touch the water.

It looks to me like those babies have been way overwatered.... Purple stems are rarely a good thing!
I've read in a couple of forums that purple stems are not a bad thing. Is there something I'm not knowing? What could I be dealing with?

maybe even root rot if they stay wet for 6 hours (every day?) is there aeration in the reservoir like an air stone. I have had problems with clones in rockwool and seen other peoples plants die in it. it retains water and drains so slow but it has no clay or organic matter. the leaves looked droopy, but not like a dry plant wilting- holes in leaves or discoloring could get worse. if you can let it totally dry out , that might help. is it some kind of DWC or drip system?

No aeration, I have my nutes in milk jugs. So I should wait a little more when it comes to the next feed? Also, I just started cloning with rockwool. How dry would you say I have to wait till i feed them again? I usually soaked them every morning and spay the dome with thrive alive to raise the humidity a little. So far is going really well, but im starting to see algae on top of the rockwool of my clones.
