Need Help With My Scrog

So i am just starting my first grow. I will be using a scrog grow in a rubbermaid container... Im going to be using two clones of GIRL SCOUT COOKIES. My question is what size rubbermaid containers should i use? What kind of lights do i use for vegging and flowering, and how many do i need for these two plants? Im going to be lining the inside with emergency blanket and using soil to grow. Please help me.. Im VERY EXCITED ABOUT MY FIRST GROW! ... and just want to make sure it produces good smoke!

Ive been researching this for a while.. Ive read alot about CFL's, majority of people were happy with the outcome of growing with these, and few said they were horrible.. Whats your opinion?.... Are SCROGS ok to do with clones of regular plants, or do scrogs only work with autos?? Only reason asking is because i have been researching scrog grows and people se.em to be doing them more with autos.

i was thinking a 36 or 38g rubbermaid lined with emergency blanket. 2 computer fans for intake and exhaust, a fan inside. and 4 of each light. i was thinkijn order 2 of these so i get 4 of each..

Things i can tell you are,

CFLs are great for veg no doubt, i use daylight 125watt ones in a reflector. I havent flowered with them but get great results from vegging. I also think that CFL are well suited to scrog in particular because you can keep the bulbs so damn close to the vast majority of the bud sites - that is key to CFL growing. I like the 125w bulbs, I've heard that the 200w ones arent so good for watt per lumens.

Clones can be used to scrog, I cant say much about scrogging with autos though, thought most did it with photoperiod plants.

From what I've experienced, if you want a decent yeild you want at least 3gallon container per plant. Chances are as its your first grow you will be, like me, and not so good at using nutes. If you want healthy plants the bigger the pot the better imo.
