Need help with seedlings.

Hi everyone, I started my seedlings in ffof and noticed that they were growing slowly. Then I was told that I need to transfer to a base soil because ffof is to hot for seedlings. But now I see signs of deficiency. Do I give the seedlings nutrients? Put them back in ffof?
Not sure what to do now.

I gave them the seedling dosage on the flora nova grow nutrient, hopefully they will bounce back soon. They are on day 16 since seed.

Am not an expert BUT The colour of those plants dont say that they are just overwaterd..

I would say there is still nut issues here.

Thanks for the responses. The temp is at a constant 76 during the day high 60s-mid 70s at night. I have a 600watt hps light and a t5 light in the tent. There is a fan inside for light air circulation. Humidity is at 30%. I watered them with nutes yesterday after posting this. I have not watered since. What is the average time frame to be watering those small 4 x 4 x 4 containers? I know to feel by the container but the container feels light when I am watering.

just going by the size of the plant vs the size of the pot

I`d check them every 2 days would expect to water them every 3 to 5 days but you can see and feel them we can`t

Finger them bitches if you have to ;)

Quick update these are the plants as of last night. Last night was there first watering since this thread was started. They are still bouncing back, slowly but surely.

you can tell watering by looking at the soil you dont even need to touch or pick up the pots. I can tell that the soil is wet it is dark brown. WAIT UNTIL DRY TO WATER AGAIN. Small plants no roots to absorb all the water you are giving them. You dont need to soak the whole pot man they dont have enough roots to absorb that much water right now. your top layer of soil should always be dry unless you have recently watered. If you are soaking the whole pots like this I say wait 2 days between waterings. But if you use less water and dont soak the thing you can water more often cause it dries out faster. It is better to water less and more often. The faster your water/dry cycle is the faster the roots will grow.

They are dry and light. The reason why the soil is wet at the top is because I just finished giving a light foliar feeding before I took the picture.

I would let them go almost bone dry to the point plants start to droop. Then water. Wait again till it's bone dry say 6 days, then I would make sure to water about every 5 days. Best way to tell is poke your finger about an inch and a half down if it's moist leave it, If not I would add cal mag to my water and hit em
