you gotta look at the spectrum of the bulb as well wether it be a blue spectrum or a red spectrum.....
you can use the reds for Vegging as well as flowering then you don't have to get double the lights.... or you can opt for like say a 400 watt HPS like I got and you'll get better results
you get about a 20% increase in bud size and production with the hps bulb vs NMH bulbs... which both are better then cfl's.....
As long as you can dissipate the heat from the light so your plants don't fry.... if you do get one of these lights HPS or NMH try to get your ballast outside the grow room as they heat up mad!
