Is that just peat pellets and hydronton? Maybe there's not much root development yet, the stems don't look very developed for whats on top, and a touch leggy. Try moving your light 4-6 inches closer, more energy for the plant and it should help dry those pots or a little quicker. Once you get a good dry/wet cycle going, they should get after it.
Edit. If your medium is what I think, they're going to need food too.

@Aladdin.khalifa only damp when i pour the water over them and feed wise i mixed roughly 5ml of A&B plus 4 drops of superthrive to 4.5 litres

I wouldn't move it closer then. And I agree that they look over watered, but I'm trying to wrap my head around why. Maybe one off the first responses were spot on, go to every other day watering, the roots need o2.

Agreed on the oxygen. Continuously damp substrate prevents oxygen from getting down there. One of the best things I did with my last grow was to have a small fan blowing air around the bottoms of my pots. Gave the under part of the plant some air exchange and oxygen to the root zone.

Hi guys, quick update. The girls are looking alot happier. Been watering every other day. Put a heat mat under the tray for abit extra warmth. They still have abit of a pale green to the leaves but definitely looking perkier!
One question tho, one of them seems to have rounded leaves and not very serrated?

Yup - a "not so wet" root zone = much happier ladies.
I wouldn't worry about that leaf too much. Sometimes the first few nodes after the cotyledons can be a single fan with not much serration on the edge. It does look like there is the main stem growing which is what you want. By the time these ladies start to bear fruit, I'll wager my "naughty bits" that those leaves will be long gone anyways.
I would pay more attention to the colour and the shape of the fan leaves that will come with the new growth. You should start to see the 3 to 5 fingered fan leaves soon as the main stalk begins to head towards your lights.
