I'm not trying to argue with ya or anything just saying theres no one answer. Without him giving more info our recommendations are as good as guesses.
We could say gavita, we could say timber cobs. We could say magnetic aircooled sunsystems, or we could say lumitek digis. We could say a shitton of 315 cmh, or even 1kw de cmh. Without details it's like playing darts.

Experienced grower sees a way larger picture than beginner.

The answer I have given many times is, "the light that best fits your situation". Since we don't know the situation, how can we advise? How many people here are qualified to advise on a 2600 ft. grow, with no information? How many people would spend tens of thousands based on opinions from a forum?

You said your partner has grown for years, doesn't he know how to set up a 2600 ft. grow? If not, how can ANYONE put together a business plan?
