Need help with white flies

Upon inspecting my plants today im pretty sure i saw a few white tiny things flying around, im assuming it is white flies. :evil:

If this is the case which im pretty sure it is...:confused:

How do i get rid of them?

Or can i just leave them?...what is the worst they can do?

I only saw 3 flapping around the light but im sure there would be more.

Any help would be fantastic thanks. :peace:

You can buy little stickys that catch flies and they postup next to your plant. Look around at some stores or on net

Is that the only way...no spray? can these things affect my plants in anyway? ive been budding for 2 weeks today and got 6 weeks to go so i really dont need this after all the effort gone it to this room.

Assuming you are indoors, I would suggest you call in the heavy artillery....
Time to use an insect WMD.....Get some no-pest strips, and hang them in your grow room....

go for the bomb you dont wanna be chasing those things around with no results just get it over with. With all the work you did its just another reason to get rid of them asap

'Knatt off'! Works really well just add 1ml to 1litre of water, this kills the larvae. If they can't breed you have no problems. Quite expensive i paid £20 for a small bottle but should last for years. Sticky papers i find get blown around too much and get stuck to leaves, causing them damage.

Sticky strip traps are good, but they are not no pest strips....

NUKE-EM. Bring out the Bomb, take the old lady to dinner, come home. Walla.. No more dam bugs. and you can Bomb just that room if you want. just seal it off.
