You have a good soil but its not drying enough, that’s why the leaves aren’t “praying” and beginning to yellow. I would turn the light down a little and wait a couple days before watering again.Thank you! I use tap water that has sit at least 48 hours before using.

Your water sounds fine. But you need to decide how you want to feed. Organics or salts. I'd say it's time to feed. I seriously doubt overwatering has anything to do with it. I doesn't sound like you are and those don't look overwatered to me. You also added perlite so there should be plenty of O2 in the soil even when it's wet.

Feel your pots after you water so you know when they are drying out.. lift them after a couple days to familierize yourself with the pots again.. if the top inch of soil is dry, its time to water again.. humidity and temps will also play a roll in your water schedule..
Is Maxibloom all that I would use up to harvest? It really doesn't matter to me. I just want to use something good.
