Its a bubble-ponics system. They are supposed to be in the water.

Definitely dude, Even some white plastic container lids with a hole in the middle and a slit from the edge to the center would work. Tinfoil reflects more heat than light. Unless you have some mylar laying around I would go with white plastic. Nice setup.

ait i ll take the tine foil away tomorrow and try to find some kind of replacement for it. u think my plants are ok tho?

No they arent ok. You need some expert help. Im just a noob but if u have no nutes at all in that water they need something to eat.. and a plant that small will be better off probably under a 25watt cfl bulb on each one than any of those big fancy or led lights. No tin foil. ditch that for sure. you need to get em healthy and growin roots..
