Let it ride .... pistils will continue to color off and pull back ( “ one sign “ of mature flower ) also the last few weeks are bulking and hardening off time.
Like picking fruit ... give it the time it needs.
Patience is everything , pull trigger too soon and get unfinished buds. Watching it will not make it finish faster ... i would at least keep some feed going as to stop it from fully cannabilizing itself ( reserves ) ( fade ) . It is very hard to chop “ too late “ .... 2-3 weeks seems about right.
