I don't think it should vary from dispensary to dispensary much for the requirements to be brought. Make sure to have: your valid Colorado I.D and or proof of residency, the money for your doctor's evaluation and office fees, as well as any medical records that may help you attain your card. I recently just got mine, the process was very simple, smooth and clean. I as well as others and even the doctors office itself, are here to help you answer any furthering questions, comments or concerns you may have.

Best wishes yo

You only need to bring a photo id to doctors appt. $60 for a doctor visit, $30 money order for state application fee, send application and money order via registered mail to state agency. Doctor will give you copies of all paperwork from your visit, that paperwork, a photo id, and the registered mail receipt from the post office will get you access into dispensary. 30 to 60 days later you'll receive your red card in the mail. Then all you will need is your red card and a photo id to get into a dispensary. Your red card is good for 1 year from the date issued. A good mmj doctors office will walk you through the process. Good luck and welcome to Colorado.

avg is about 65.00 and the 30.00 state fee... also you also need a good story on why you need it.. but most stories work.. just don't be 18 and be like my leg hurts.. they will deny you. if you are older its alot easier cuz you can say you had an old injury that still hurts the doc needs some denials on thier record to show they aren't just handing them out.
