Need LED decision help from light nerds

Have you done a run with that light yet? I'm tempted to try their 120 day guarantee. I prefer growing in separate 2x4 tents instead of 4x4 so I can harvest every two months and I've been looking for a light with good spread and efficacy for the area to replace my HLG Elite 360s. No problems with those lights but would like a bit better spread.

The Chilled Growcraft X3 and this Progrow 320 look good, but the latter is way cheaper.
I'm looking to start my first grow in a 2x4 and those two keep showing up at the top of the list

Hello,
I want to buy this:

I am using 1000 hps, will this replace it? Do leds suck? I am a nerd as well, not throwing any shade, I heart all of you.

Thanks
The light you quote is on sale for $759.95, is 630 watts with 6 bars. For that money I would rather go with the Mars FC 6500. It's $637.99 on the Mars site, has a 5 year warranty, has 8 bars and worked amazing when I ran it. I have moved up to the FC 8000 which also runs like a champ.

Don't get me wrong, there are a ton of great LED's out there that will do the job. I just ran the FC series the last 3 runs and they did an amazing job for me.

The X3 is a very well built product. I've had mine for about a year, while it is more expensive than many similar lights, I have no regrets about buying it. A couple of things to bring up…

Chilled came out with the X6 mini earlier this year. It's the same price as the X3 but, to me, it's a much better buy. I would have bought the X6 mini instead of the X2 or X3 (I cheaped out and bought an X2 for veg). The PPFD map on the X6 is nothing short of amazing.

The Growcraft lights can be bought as DIY kits. That drops the price to $529 for the X3 and the X6 mini while the X2 price goes to $429. If you head over to cocoforcannabis.com or hit YouTube for a Mr. Grow It video, you can get a discount code that will knock off 5%. All told, an X6 mini for $500± is a steal.

The attached photo is the largest of the ≈2 dozen colas in my last grow in my 2' x 4' tent. Even though that's the largest, the rest of them were pretty similar in size. Yield was significant at 729 grams or 947 gm/m2.

What strain in that?

PPFD for X3-330 is very similar to the X6 mini but X3 looks to be more efficient plus you get wall to wall coverage in a 2x4. I think the X3 is the buy for a 2x4.

My X6 600 watt matches the yield output of my Diablo @ 600 watts. The customer service is great @ both companies but the Chilled is much cheaper and does the same thing. I'll go with the Chilled from now on.

I think you may be right - seems like the X3 has more diodes, and is a bit slimmer.

I like this light also:

However, they don't list the brand of diodes and that makes me nervous. The price of the grow light science is comparable to the spider farmer, with better par readings.
This one looks good but might be a bit overkill if your just running a tent. This one takes a lot of power the hence the overkill. You can also ask them what diodes and batches they use in their lights, they should be able to tell you. But for the price it looks really good.
