Hi, First time grower and my first post..

Ive been lurking here and other sites for a while, reading, learning, etc...
Started my first grow back in the middle of August.

using bagseed.... (I have some good seeds on the way)
but wanted to grow and learn my first time....
Im using FFOF soil in 5 gallon buckets
Using the fox farm trilogy.. big bloom, tiger bloom, grow big..
8 plants are 7 days in to flower - no sign of sex yet.. (I think)
Im using two 400 watt HID (one MH and one HPS conversion) old school gym lights... lol
temps stay between 65 -75 night/day
plants are between 1.5 - 2.0 ft tall (before i changed photoperiod)
PH of soil is 7, PH of water after nutrients is 5, then i used some ph up to bring it to 6.5
I have an oscillating fan blowing indirectly around the room to circulate air and i use a bathroom fart fan moving 140 cfm of air every minute in a 500 cf space.

Problem, my plants are curling at the tips - some twisted a bit too...
Thought i was having some nute lock up.. but ive flushed and didnt help...
thought i was having a PH problem, but my tester confirms im ok
thought i was underwatering.... but i watered more and no cure to the twisting...
now i think im overwatered? or have some lock out problem???

ANy help you can give is appreciated..Also if you have an adive on my set up i would appreciate it. its not the best, but its my first attempt.. after this grow i will paint the walls and make it better.

Thanks !bongsmilie

Your plants don't look that bad. Slightly over fertilized and over watered but not too much. Sometimes a fast growing plant will twist leaves at the growing tips but it does not mean the plant is sick just growing faster than it would normally. Also since its bag seed they are probably all diferent phenotypes so some will need diferent levels of nutes and watering. lastly some of them can just be a bad seed.
First Never panic. Panicing people tend to do ten diferent things to a plant in as many days trying to fix something only creating 9 more problems.
Just try letting them dry out a few for four or five days and see if they don't start growing a little better. over care tends to be unfixable in older growth but the new growth will be fine. Remain calm and just let them grow., they'll be fine.

I thought the one plant looked too green and showed a little nitro claw. The others look normal. It may just be a finicky strain, a hot spot in your soil mix or a lil too much N in just the one plant? Also pic Three I think I see male flower clusters forming.

Thanks everyone I appreciate it! I looked the my 8 plants again, and I did see male flowers on 3 of the 8. I got rid of them immediately.
As for the other issues. I think im just gonna let them dry out a bit and let them be..
Its funny.. I check them daily and after a week into flower I couldn't tell the sex but later that afternoon I see 3 males! I guess they go quick huh?
Thanks for the feedback I appreciate it all! A nd thanks to dannyboy for the tip on the males!
