well Im going to water my plant now and just wondering can I increase the amount of fertilizer? till now I've been adding a half of the fertilizers cap to the 1 liter of water like it says behind the bottle. can I give it more to get better results? Im on the day 31 of flowering atm and its a sativa dominant. plant is very healthy..

give me a quick answer, please..if ur not sure then just let me know what u think.

ok I will give it a half of the cap like previously, thanks :) but more suggestions wouldn't be bad.

Read the growfaq GROWFAQ

Also, read all the threads where people have hurt or killed their plants by giving them too much fertilizer.

Good Luck!

can u measure the ec of the soil?? never used soil, find hydro's give u so much more control over these matters. alternatively couldnt u not just get ureself an ec meter n measure the ppm of the water, get it to the correct feed n water or would this be adding more nutrients than the nutrients that are are already in the soil, thus over feeding?

looks wicked, good work, no signs of any deficancy so may be best to continue as you are. or maybe introduce a bloom booster of some sort instead. without knowing the strength of the nutes ure using hard to say, personally im a bit savage when it comes to feeding ill push it to its limit and watch carefully for any signs of burn, slightest sign n ill flush some out. but thats me and most wud prbably advise against this.

Less is definitely more with ferts. The plant looks great! You are doing something right.

You may want to read up on nutes up in the growfaqs. You don't need more ferts, but maybe a little different kind. Most of the fancy nutes like FoxFarms increase the amount of P and K when the plant goes into flowering. If your nutes are heavy on the N like most growing nutes, you may want to consider buying something like 2-2-10 to give your lady a boost of Potassium for bud growth.

Good luck.

Im using a Substral 3-5-7 product. its pretty known in Europe.
the weird thing is that it says its for cactuses and succulents. but I think these 3 numbers (NPK) are which matters.
anyways.. that would be more weird if I would find a fertilizer for marijuana

what ya think..?

I would stick with 3-5-7. Your plant looks great. If you really want to push it, then start upping the nutes until you see burn and then back off a bit.

nah I dont want to risk with this.. I will stay at this dose =)

I should better buy a reflector to my bulb and cover the walls with reflective material like mylar ^^ this would give some good results

substral is a big no for cannabis plants! the fertilizers must bee at your stage at least npk 4-3-5 ya better buy hesi fertilizers! they will give you better results! and the price is around 8$ per liter! it's a cup winner fertilizer! very cheep!

I agree with picasso---less is more----whatever you do don't add more nitrogen, if you just have too ,you have a little room to work with p and k in the bloom phase ,you can push those a little.

After like 4 weeks of flowering I started giving my plant a lot more ferts. I was feeding it normal strength with some 10-50-10 then upped the strength a little bit and added in some K. Still lovin it and no signs of burn. I figure the more it can use the better

well actually I've been using this substral for only a week... have to admit that 1 fan leaf has gone brighter some where middle-low. but upper its all fine.

till I bought this substral I was using Schultz-Instant 10-15-10 fertilizer and it was doing a great job. I saw one Schultz-Instant 10-35-35 (or somthing like that.. Im not sure if these numbers are correct) in the shop.. but this was also for cactuses and succulents. does this cactus shit matter?? or the numbers matters.. should I get this Schultz-Instant?
thank u very much for help :)

btw its not that easy to find bloom fertilizers here in Estonia (near Finland) substral and schultz are the only ones.
