need quick reply about pests i hav

I have little white things that are jumping like crazy in one of my pots. The plant looks healthy and there is nothing wrong with the top of the leaves or the bottom of them. these are barely visible to the eye but in good lighting you can see them jumping. there are hundreds of them and they are all in the soil. I dont have any pesticides so its either i get rid of it or let it do its thing. Does anyone know what they could be.

it might be somethin that was put in the soil. The type of soil I bought was fox farm ocean forest potting soil.

please give me any input. Im not sure what to do. The plants dont seem to be effected but i just noticed the pests today. I check the plants and spend 10 minutes with them everyday just to analyze them for these types of things. I wish i could take a picture of them but there so tiny. the biggest attribute i noticed about them is in the one pot they are jumping like crazy. like lil jellybeans or somethin.

buy some insectical soap spray. I use a brand called Safers. If you get a bad bug problem (pesky spider mites) use Doktor Doom

No pics? I googled white jumping bugs and looks like they might be springtails. They eat dead organic matter and won't hurt your plants but the presence of insects, even harmless ones, can indicate some kind of imbalance.
