Need some advice

ok my room is 2x5x8. I need help with lighting i was looking for alternatives to hps and mh. i want something with less heat and power usage that will still support 3-5 plants from start to finish and still be potent.

CFL's, check the grow in my sig. I supposedly know a thing or 2 about CFL's

with the space you got you can quite easily use either mh or hps providing you have some way of exhausting the heat they provide.

a 400w mh in a closed closet will raise temperatures above 100 if it is not vented correctly, providing you can vent correctly i would say go with hid,

if you can not vent well then go with cfl, but larger powered cfl's still produce heat although not as much as a hid
