Need some help/advice

Both of my plants are the same age(the one on the left is a week older). The one on the left is about 30cm and the one in right, 25cm(0.82feet)
The light is a 250W MH. The distance between my babies and the lamp is (give or take) 25cm - 0,82feet.
The cycle is 18hours light, 6hours night.

I'm watering them every two or three days(i stick my finger in the soil and see if it's moist or not(at least 10cm deep), with water and a touch of vinegar(ph 6).

I have 3 fans blowing air in(at the bottom of the box), and two fans blowing out heat(mounted at the same height as the lamp).

Fed them nutrients just once(about two weeks ago) and it went bad, but they recovered miraculously after "washing" the soil.

I'm a n00b so as a dumb move, i didn't note down when i planted them.
They're about three months old(i know they don't look like it).

What problems are they facing?
From what i can tell, they're both females(lucky me

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

start over bro. sorry to say it but if those are 3 months old you got big probs. its vital to give them the nutes they need from get go. your gonna get a few joints at best out of them. you have to keep up with PH levels as well. to much damage has been done chances are they will hermie on ya

fuck. i was afraid of that. but still, a few joints would somewhat be ok for my first grow.

and, being hermie(hermaphrodites) means ... seeds, right? that'd be cool too.

the pots are around 20cm height(~8inches). not sure about how many leaters this means.

still. any pointers for these plants in their conditions? i';m not expecting them to give me too much anything... but it'd be cool to give me something, anything

What type of dirt/nutes you using? Once you burn'em they're never the same.
I could see the brown tips from the earlier burn issues but the new growth
still looks like it's over fed or something~ My whole grow is 3.5 months:clap:

Live and learn man. I used hermie seeds for my first grow, guess what hermies... nice. Since then I bought seeds from Attitude and clones and never a hermie again.

I learn something new every time I grow, that's more fun then harvesting at the end of the grow. Don't be discouraged and just learn from it. Write it down, at least the most important things like inducing flower etc. I keep an excel spreadsheet of my plants it has about 8 vital statistics I keep track of, and it stops problems before they start.

You will start to master certain aspects soon, and then you can concentrate on other problems that may occur.

first of all, you guys are awsome(as a community) :D

secondly.

MrGhettoGrower: I'm using a soil called Florasol. I've searched long and hard before purchasing this one. Many people recommended it for this type of plant.
As for the nutes part... searched for a good solution that meets the required npk for veg state, but i don't remember exactly what npk it has.
Indeed, i've burned my babies out of accident: in a leater of water, added just a half of the recommended dose written on the nutrients label, after about a month of grouth. Something went wrong, but can't pinpoint exactly what. Problem is(i guess): all the good nutrient brands aren't available in my country, so i just look for the npk values, found on no name brands that suck...
I can't explain my burning issue any other way.

r1tony: to be honest, i've started liking this whole growing business, as i love the plant. it's so darn beautiful, with tons of stories behind it. so it bacame more of a hobby than a business. And thanks for your encouragements. Still. Could you please send me your excell? You could erase your own informations about your plants. Just leave some examples. Having no experience, i don;t know what to write in that excel, other than watering date, light info, nutes, and birthday.
